Fort Wayne, Ind.—Today, the Upstate Alliance of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (UPSTAR MLS) released its June 2024 local housing market report. Comparing last month’s figures to the same timeframe in 2023, the leading market indicators are as follows:

  • New Listings decreased 8.7 percent to 864.
  • Pending Sales were down 7.0 percent to 696.
  • Closed sales down 12.6 percent to 680
  • Inventory levels grew 17.3 percent to 1,155 units.
  • The Median Sales Price increased 6.3 percent to $249,900.
  • Percent of Original List Price Received decreased 0.6 percent to 98.6 percent.
  • Months Supply of Inventory was up 20.0 percent to 1.8 months.
