Fort Wayne, Ind.—The Indiana Association of REALTORS® (IAR) recently announced Rudy Koch as the 2023 Distinguished Service Award (DSA) winner. The announcement was made at IAR’s Fall Conference in Indianapolis.

“Rudy has been an incredible leader both at the local and state levels.” said David Belew, CEO of the Upstate Alliance of REALTORS®. “He continuously gives back to the community and sets a positive example for other REALTORS® to follow. Nobody is as deserving of this award as Rudy Koch.”

Koch is only the 23rd Indiana REALTOR® to receive the esteemed Distinguished Service Award since IAR was founded over 100 years ago. The award was established to provide recognition to those REALTORS® who have provided many years of leadership and distinguished service to the REALTOR® organization as well as in their local community.

Koch has over 33 years of experience in the real estate industry and is the Managing Broker of Prodigy REALTORS® in New Haven. He is the current President of the Upstate Alliance of Realtors® (UPSTAR), a past president of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® and served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS® from 2006-2011. During his career, he was honored by UPSTAR with the REALTOR® of the Year award in 2004 and 2010.
