Investing in our neighborhoods
Our community outreach program is tasked with giving back to the neighborhoods served by our members. We provide opportunities for members to engage with topics that are important to residents, from housing issues to economic development initiatives, as well as serving practical needs through home repair and maintenance tasks.

Day of Caring
Want to donate your time and skills to help others in need? Consider joining us for our Day of Caring.
Through our partnership with NeighborLink and Neighborhood Code, members can serve neighbors in need by providing home repairs and maintenance that residents may not be able to perform themselves.
Charitable Events
Throughout the year, UPSTAR holds charitable events to benefit one of our many partner charities that provide housing-related services.
Whether we’re gathering materials for donation or raising funds at our annual golf outing, these events are a great way to support the good work of partner organizations and build connections with fellow members.
