“April was a strong month for our local & surrounding counties housing market,” said Tug Pierson, 2012 UPSTAR MLS President. “The forward indicators are vibrant as Closed & Pending Sales and New Listings show strong gains. While the supply-demand trends look favorable for sellers for the first-time in years, the historically low interest rates continue & the inventory is competitively priced—making it a great time to invest for qualified buyers.”
